YOTA was founded in 2021, solidifying its establishment as the product of a third-generation legacy—Ajani Cargle
Like every other business, YOTA was born to solve a problem: acquisition and retention of reliable technical support systems and personnel. Operators industry-wide often face the same issues; technical expertise is hard to find.
The most successful operators find themselves maintaining his/her own equipment, which can be incredibly demanding of time and physical effort. Other operators try the teaching approach—molding technicians out of handymen or mechanics. They eventually face retention issues when the tech develops his/her strongest sense of value and expertise.
